We provide a full 12 month guarantee on all our work, which, in certain circumstances, is automatically upgraded to 2 years on some types of installation and all our plumbing installation works can be upgraded to a 6-year workmanship guarantee for an extra 2.6% of the contract sum. All materials are covered by full manufacturers' guarantees.
Any defects arising from faulty installation or repair work, that may require rectification and which occur within the guarantee period, are treated as a priority and will be dealt with at the customer's earliest possible convenience.
