If your enquiry relates to a service or repair, please have all documentation relevant to the appliance to hand and ensure that the appliance has cooled down ready for the time when the engineer calls.

 

You may also wish to have your Log Book/Benchmark Book ready for the engineer to complete, so that you have a record of the maintenance we have done. You may need your Log Book/ Benchmark Book for the Home Information Pack when you come to sell your home.
